13738361_503960583136805_6951308485067520350_oMy family and I spent yesterday at Holiday World in Santa Claus, Indiana. It’s a great family theme park with a HUGE water park {{FUN}}. It was a planned trip so I scheduled my treat day accordingly LOL. It may or may not have included dip and dots, ½ of a deep fried Reese’s peanut butter cup, and about a 4th of a funnel cake. The ONLY veggies I had yesterday were the little bit of lettuce and tomato on my burger at dinner. By the time we made it home (9PM) my entire body including my stomach were feeling the after effects.

Today I countered those sluggish feelings with a boost for breakfast this morning! Of course I started with my Café Latte Shakeology {{healthiest meal of the day!}}. Then I added in Focused Energy Boost because exhaustion was hitting me HARD this morning. Heck I fell asleep on the couch last night instead of heading to bed. Next I added in a boost of Digestive Health because… well let’s just say TMI after yesterday and leave it at that. Believe me it was needed LOL. Finally I added in Power Greens. Remember what I said about NO veggies yesterday… Yea just doing what I can to counter that and give my body everything it needs!

I don’t boost my Shakeology every day because I don’t need to. In fact I can say this is the first time I have EVER added all 3 in at once. I usually just add them when I feel like my body needs that extra something… you know that BOOST 😉 Now it’s lunch time and I’m happy to say I’m feeling less bloated and back on track. No pun intended. LOL
